Receiving and distributing communications, picking up & delivering items and assure safe transportation from various destinations by handling all the transportation responsibilities effectively. Maintain a variety of records, such as time at each stop, purpose of trip, number of passengers per day, mileage and vehicle maintenance. Bills payments, Bank transactions, vehicle inspection and registration renewal. Airport transportation for new joiners and repatriated staff. Ensures that the food and equipment reach guest at the exact location specified on time and returns all utensils, cutlery, and equipment from guest after the function in good condition. Assist storekeeper for any urgent purchases to be made and transportation of commissary/sweet items between the clubs.
Secondary education or equivalent with valid Qatar Driving License and good track record. Minimum 3 years experience in similar role. Basic Awareness of Health and Safety, Personal Hygiene, Familiar with Qatar traffic laws, locations and maps, Ability to read, write and speak English.
