  • All staffs are specifically trained, by our in-house training department as per their job requirements and are made fully aware of QHSE standards as inducted by our QHSE department.
  • Trained staffs are awarded training passports.
  • New uniforms are issued on yearly or bi-yearly basis based on their projects/contracts.
  • All food handling staffs are provided with relevant medical certificates.
  • Our in-house "Staff Welfare Committee" interacts regularly with staffs, to get a first-hand assessment of their wellbeing in order to address any issues of concern and make changes as deemed necessary
  • As an incentive, each month AMWAJ rewards employees with "STAR OF THE MONTH" and "SPOT AWARD" for exemplary performance of duties
